A 13-year-old shark attack victim hose resilience and bravery captivated Australia is getting back into the water with the help of her 'bionic leg'.
Hannah Papps had her left leg mauled while swimming in the Whitsundays in 2018 and eventually had it amputated.
The teen was pictured bravely giving rescuers the thumbs up as she was loaded into an ambulance.
She returned to returned to school just three months after the terrifying encounter while on a family holiday.
The teen's courage has continued with her returning to the water for a school rafting excursion while also playing the trumpet in two bands.

Her dad, David Papps, described her as 'a very resilient person'.
'It's been an awful lot for a 12-year-old to go through but she's just got on with life. That's just how she is,' he said to Queensland's RACQ CQ Rescue helicopter service.
Mr Papps said that Hannah 'got the OK to take her new leg home in February' and the whole family were proud of her determination throughout the recovery.

Hannah, then aged 12, was on a sailing holiday with her New Zealand family when a shark attacked her in the Whitsundays.
A large piece of flesh was torn off Hannah's thigh in the shark attack at popular tourist spot Cid Harbour.
Mr Papps on Thursday opened up about the horrifying incident that almost claimed his daughter's life.
'We got her on to the boat within seconds. It was a very traumatic injury and obvious that we needed help quickly,' he said.
'My sister, who is a vet, stopped the bleeding and we got on the marine radio first, then mobile phone straight away.
'The emergency services people were very good. We were very lucky that the police launch was nearby and they were alongside within about 30 minutes.
'The helicopter was there soon after.'
Hannah was airlifted from the beach to the Mackay Base Hospital and was then transferred to hospital in Brisbane to where she recovered from her injuries.
