A Texas man who went missing this weekend while tubing on the San Marcos River has been found dead.   On Saturday, the Caldwell County Sheriff's Office received a call reporting that a tuber, identified as Jessie Austin Jr., had fallen out of his tube while with his wife around 3pm.
